"Dialogue on the Volga: peace and mutual understanding in the XXI century"

From October 31 to November 1, 2022, the city of Volgograd will be a platform for events of the annual International Forum of Public Diplomacy “Dialogue on the Volga: Peace and Mutual Understanding in the 21^st Century” organized by the Volgograd Administration.

This Forum aims to strengthen cooperation, expand international public relations and external openness for the purpose of efficient addressing current global and regional issues.

This year all events of the Forum will take place online and will be broadcast on the YouTube video hosting. This will provide everyone with an opportunity to see them.

It is important to note that Volgograd is the founder of the international movement of twin cities, and it is rightfully considered one of the centers of public diplomacy. The Forum “Dialogue on the Volga” has been held in Volgograd annually since 2014 and is dedicated to World Cities Day (celebrated on October 31).
