Metropolis has opened the acceptance of applications

Fourteenth Metropolis World Congress will be held in 2023 and Metropolis opens applications for the Congress holding.

Metropolis World Congress establishes the most important stages in the international agenda to promote global management of mega-cities, networking with politicians and unifying mega-cities international leaders. The event demonstrates best practices of mega-cities around the world.

The hosting mega-city will improve its image on both local and international levels and will become a global spotlight in debates on mega-cities sustainable development. The hosting city will have an opportunity to establish links between achievements of the public sector and further initiatives of the private sector.

Metropolis World Congress (MWC) – is an international event, which has been held every three years since the year of the foundation of the association in 1984. This event marks achievements and merits of the hosting city from the urban policy viewpoint and helps to improve local and international image of the hosting city on the eve of the event, during the event, and after it. This attracts interesting discussions and helps cities to build partnerships to solve the whole range of urban problems, finding innovative solutions not only for the hosting city, but also for all present mega-cities.
