The Book About the International Cooperation Has Been Published

UCLG-Eurasia has published the book "Development of International Intermunicipal Cooperation in the Russian Federation and Eurasia Countries". This edition providesmaterial on the development of international relations of cities in Russia and Eurasia, as well as information on municipalities’structural divisions in charge of external linkages, and their heads, information on the city's membership in international organizations, twinning relations, major international events that took place in the city, international awards assigned to the city, and some interesting facts about the city. The publicationalso contains general information on local governmentsassociations.

This book can be useful for mayors, as well as heads and staffers of international relations departments and other structural divisions of the city administration, one of the activities of which is the development of international intermunicipal relations.

The book is intended to summarize the experience of international municipal cooperation in Eurasia region and serves as a contribution to the development of Eurasian integration.
