Astrakhan Entrepreneurs Were Told About Electronic Work Books

The Administration of the City of Astrakhan holds training seminars for entrepreneurs. One of the recent seminars was devoted to the transition to electronic work record books.

In accordance with the Russian law, from January 1, 2020, information on labor activity will be generated in electronic format. Employers will have to enter data into the Russian Pension Fund on the dismissal, hiring of employees on a monthly basis from January 1, 2020. Storing information in an online format should help to avoid the loss of information about seniority and falsification of data and errors.

The seminar on the transition to electronic work record books was attended by 30 business representatives. Until the end of this year, another educational lectures will be organized on this subject. Their main goal is to increase the financial literacy of employers and prepare them for the transition to a new online format. Both employees and employers can take part in these events. The registration is obligatory and free of charge.

By the way, this is not the only example of the organization of seminars by the authorities. Thus, this year, on behalf of Radik Kharisov, Head of the Astrakhan City Administration, the city authorities organized more than 20 educational events for entrepreneurs on various topics.
