FREE PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION TRAINING PROGRAM

HSS RANTiGS (Higher School of Public Administration) opens a training program for personnel in the field of public administration in States members of the Commonwealth of Independent States.

The program is specially developed by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation for the training of modern world-class managers, connected with a common understanding of current challenges and state tasks, possessing vision, knowledge, skills and motivation for efficient work in the state service, public institutes, non-profit organizations and business structures.

The programme is designed for:

• Civil servants;
• Top managers of companies with state participation;
• Representatives of the legislative power;
• Managers from the social sphere (universities, cultural institutions, etc.);
• Managers from the public sector of the economy;
• GR Management (Government Relations).

Recruitment is open. Application deadline is August 15

Program starts on

3 OCTOBER 2022

Tuition fee: free for CIS citizens;

Duration of training: 9 months;

Format: 6 modules (5 offline modules, 1 module online);

Certificate of completion: diploma of professional retraining.

Speakers and teachers of the programme will be Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation Dmitry Chernyshenko, Deputy Chairman of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Peter Tolstoy, Dean of the Faculty of Economics of Moscow State University Alexander Auzan, Director General of National ESG-Alliance Andrey Sharonov, Vice-President for Strategic Initiatives Rostelecom Boris Glazkov, Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin, Professor of the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology HKUST Donald Lowe and Presidential Commissioner for the Protection of Entrepreneurs’ Rights Boris Titov.
