Eurasia Regional Section of the World organization "United Cities and Local Governments"
On September 6, with the support of Mayor of Dushanbe Rustam Emomali, as part of the working plan of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, the International Forum "Cooperation and Exchange of Experience Between the Cities and Capitals of the SCO Countries Under the Smart City Program" was held.
The purpose of the Forum was to familiarize participants with the possibilities of modern information technologies and their impact on the development of infrastructure in the capitals and large cities of the SCO member states.
During the Forum, participants of the SCO member states, representatives of state bodies, embassies of foreign states and international organizations, business community discussed innovations, opportunities of modern information technologies and their impact on the development of infrastructure in the capitals and cities of the SCO member states.
It should be noted that the Forum discussed the development of information technologies, Internet communication, digital economy, cooperation in "Intellectual projects", as well as in the field of transport, education, medicine and ecology.
