United Nations Survey: E-government 2022

We are pleased to announce that the UN Survey: E-Government 2022, prepared by the Department of Economic and Social Affairs of the United Nations Secretariat, is now also available in Chinese and Russian.

The main topic of the new 12th edition of the Survey is “The Future of Digital Government”. The survey is divided into 5 sections and answers the central question of how digital government can contribute to the implementation of integrated policy and service provision across the 193 UN member states. The Survey takes into account the UN fundamental principles and pays special attention to vulnerable populations.

A separate chapter is devoted to a study of local e-government development based on the UN Local Online Services Index (LOSI). It reflects the current state of local online services and partnership opportunities.
