KAMCHATKA INVESTORS WILL TURN THE BUILDING OF THE FORMER STATION IN NIZHNEKAMSK INTO A HOTEL

KravtGroup Company, owned by investors from Kamchatka, plans to open a new business hotel “Kravt Hotel Nizhnekamsk Port” in Nizhnekamsk. The amount of investments is estimated at 200 million rubles.

"The new hotel will be waiting for guests in the reconstructed building of the former railway station, - the press service of KravtGroup told. The volume of investments in the project from the developer will be more than 200 million rubles".

After the reconstruction and improvement of public spaces of the former station of the first turn there will be 30 rooms. After the second turn - 100 rooms. The total capacity of the hotel is 200 people. The hotel complex will include coworking, negotiating room, lobby bar, restaurant with transformation possibilities.

The KravtGroup’s interest in Nizhnekamsk is explained by mutually beneficial cooperation: the capital of petrochemistry of Tatarstan, where there are more than 10 large industrial enterprises, needs modern means to accommodate business tourists.
