The Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation and the Kirov City Administration conduct an online survey among citizens as part of the development of a strategy for the socio-economic development of Kirov for the period until 2035.
The aim of the survey is to study social climate, quality of life, business environment, etc. The questionnaire should also help in identifying the main urban problems and determining the directions of the socio-economic development of Kirov in the long term.
An online survey is available through the link. The questionnaire includes 47 questions. Among them are: “How has the quality of life in Kirov changed over the past 5 years?”, “What are the most pressing urban problems that need to be addressed first and foremost?”, “How much are you satisfied with the quality of work of social institutions?” and others.
The questions relate to various spheres of life: urban economy, education, youth policy, transport, provision of services, security, entrepreneurial activity, etc. Furthermore, the authorities would like to know how actively citizens are ready to participate in solving urban problems.
The questionnaire is anonymous and can be completed until March 1, 2020.
