Schoolchildren from Kirov Represented Russia to CEI-2018 in Judenburg

Young ecologists, 9-11 forms’ pupils of the Kirov city school took part in the 32nd International Environmental Conference CEI-2018, which was held in Judenburg (Austria). The aim of the conference is to involve the world's youth into solving environmental problems and strengthen friendship among people from different countries. The conference was held in English.

This year pupils prepared four projects on the following topics: “Let's Save Electricity”, “Water is Life”, “Green School” and “Batteries and Heavy Metals”. Children worked hard on the projects for the whole year. In addition to the project work, there were many discussions, creative workshops, scientific lectures and excursions. At a traditional acquaintance evening children from Kirov presented a Russian dance in national costumes. All the participants of the conference enjoyed the dance.
