Municipal control will save time

Муниципальный контроль сэкономит время

It is planned to introduce the "Municipal Control" system in the district administrations of Kazan. It will simplify the processing of data on administrative offences. On September 13, on Monday, at the meeting, Head of the Administration of the Vakhitovsky and Privolzhsky districts Marat Zakirov presented the positive experience in testing this application.

"Specialists must manually fill out two paper copies of the protocol at the place of detection of an offence, send copies of paper materials by mail on their own, and staffers of the administrative commission should manually process the materials, scan them and enter information into the 1C program", he said.

To simplify the work, the Department of Information Technologies and Communications of the Executive Committee of Kazan has developed the "Municipal Control"application. Digital technologies have allowed to reduce the time for registration of protocols by half, and in those cases, when a person committed a violation repeatedly, by threefold due to automatic filling in data about the offender.

"We propose to introduce this system in all administrations of the city of Kazan. Digitalization of the work of public security departments will allow us to dynamically pass the stage of final adaptation of the new system for all employees, qualitatively affect the efficiency of our work processes and, most importantly, make them as transparent as possible", said Marat Zakirov.

Ilsur Metshin, Mayor of Kazan, has supported the proposal. "If there is confidence that the system is worked out, operates effectively, I ask you to train employees and implement it in other administrations", he instructed.
