Novosibirsk Stands for Digitalization

An online Internet-portal of the legal documentation of the city will be launched in Novosibirsk. The electronic online publications will be available from December 12. The decision to establish an Internet portal was made during the session of the Novosibirsk City Council.

According to the federal law, it has been established that if the full text of a municipal document is posted on an official web-site, graphics and other annexes may not be given in a printed publication.

After the portal is launched, voluminous document applications will be placed in the online edition. This will significantly save the amount of paper resources consumed and make a significant contribution to the environmental protection.
