Ulaanbaatar Disinfects City Streets

Mayor of Ulaanbaatar Sainbuian Amarsaikhan instructed to organize street disinfection to prevent new cases of COVID-19 among citizens. Special attention was paid to public places and bus stops.

During the event, the mayor said: “Today, the disinfection of streets and squares in the city center begins. In addition, streets and roads in other areas will be disinfected. With the onset of spring and a high risk of soil contamination, all aspects of disinfection must be carried out efficiently and responsibly with the participation of professional organizations”. The mayor of Ulaanbaatar also emphasized that the disinfection was carried out with the help of “green” means that were safe for people and animals. In the future, when the air temperature rises, it is planned to use additional sprinklers from landscape companies.
