Where Eurasia Local Governments Congress will take place in 2021?

UCLG-Eurasia invites to submit candidacies to host Eurasia Local Governments Congress in 2021. The deadline for application submission is July 31, 2018.

Eurasia Local Governments Congress is a high-level meeting of local and regional Eurasian leaders, which takes place every three years. Traditionally, high-ranking guests take part in the Congress. This year Maimunah Mohd Sharif, UN Under-Secretary-General, Executive Director of UN-Habitat will visit the Congress. The city hosting the Congress receives a unique opportunity to assert itself and rise on a new level of international cooperation.

In the framework of Eurasia Local Governments Congress 2018, which will take place on October 4-7, 2018 in the city of Cheboksary, representatives of municipalities have to make presentations that reveal the potential and beauty of their cities. At the end of the event, the city hosting the next Congress will be determined.
