UCLG-Eurasia expresses its sincere condolences

Eurasia Regional Section of the World organization "United Cities and Local Governments" expresses its sincere condolences over the tragedy at Perm State University.

We are all deeply saddened by this tragedy and the loss of so many innocent people. This is a terrible grief that will forever leave its traces in our hearts. We wish a quick recovery and strength of spirit to the wounded and survivors of this terrible tragedy.

Our hearts go out to the residents of Perm, and all the mayors of Eurasia join our words.
