PARTICIPATION TERMS

     Registration fees are $300 (US) for those who register before May 1, 2007, and $400 (US) for those who register after May 1, 2007. Exceptions apply only for some categories defined by the international organizing committee.      
    Payment of the registration fees covers the participants? overall expenses (meals; cultural program; city and river tours; the Sabantuy festival; receptions, etc.; transportation around Kazan).      
    Participants must pay for their hotel accommodations.       
    Those who do not pay any registration fees are only admitted to participate in the events of the scientific program and must pay for their own meal expenses.
     In order to participate in the Congress (regardless of whether or not you pay for the registration fees), it is necessary to complete the registration form and the form for the hotel room booking.
