Shavkat Mirziyoyev, President of Uzbekistan, has called for close cooperation on creation of an international expo-hub of climate technologies in the Aral Sea region and expressed willingness to host the COP Conference of Youth.

Sadyr Zhaparov, President of the Kyrgyz Republic, has urged the world community to support developing countries and the creation of mechanisms to exchange foreign debt for climate projects. “Kyrgyzstan plans to reduce emissions by 16% of the emissions level under the business-as-usual scenario by 2030, and by 44% with international support”.

“Every year, natural disasters cause hundreds of millions of dollars worth of damage to Tajikistan's economy and in some cases lead to human casualties,” said Tajik President Emomali Rahmon and called for foreign investment to strengthen the country's capacity to combat climate change.

Alexander Lukashenko, President of Belarus, made a proposal to redirect the funds spent on military actions around the world to fight climate change.

Ukhnaagiin Khürelsükh, President of Mongolia, emphasized that Mongolia, realizing the goals outlined in their national contribution, was one of the first countries to adopt the SDG financial taxonomy and environmental taxonomy, which were aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals. Recognizing the importance of women's participation and leadership in the fight against climate change, Mongolia will hold a World Women's Forum in 2024 in collaboration with the UN to discuss this pressing issue.
