Climate Dialogues: Regions’ Projects

On November 23, the annual conference “Climate Dialogues 2023”, organized by the Department for Environmental Management and Protection of the City of Moscow, included a presentation of climate projects of the subjects of the Russian Federation. The event brought together representatives of regional governments, environmental organizations and business communities to discuss topical issues on reducing the environmental impact.

Delegates from Moscow, Tambov Region, Chukotka Autonomous District, Kaluga and Leningrad Regions, Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous District and St. Petersburg presented their projects at the forum aimed at reducing the negative impact in the field of climate change.

The presentation of projects of the Russian regions at the Climate Dialogues 2023 is an important step towards the formation of a common strategy to combat climate change and confirms the readiness of the Russian regions and cities to take measures to reduce the ecological footprint.
