Mayor of Heihe Visited Troitsk

A delegation from China arrived in Russia to participate in the international industrial exhibition “Innoprom-2018”. Part of the delegation, headed by Se Baolu, Mayor of Heihe visited the city of Troitsk.

Coming to the city, the delegation visited the Local History Museum and an ice cream factory. Then, an official meeting between Se Baolu, Mayor of Heihe and Alexander Vinogradov, Head of Troitsk took place. During the conversation, the mayors spoke about the social and economic potential of their cities.

“In ancient time Troitsk was a merchant city. In history, there has already been a successful experience of interaction between China and Russia. Troitsk was one of the points on the Great Silk Road and the fact that the city is directly related to this cooperation is very important. We see great potential for creating long-term partnership relations between two cities”, - said Se Baolu.

As a result of the business visit, a memorandum on the intentions of establishing the twin-city relations between Troitsk and Heihe was signed.
