Neural Nets Are Penetrating the Sphere of Urban Development

Modern cities have long been on the path towards digitalization and AI, however, in order to maintain sustainable development, efficient urban governance, competitiveness and, in general, to better optimize the urban life of citizens, new tools to address the issues of urban environment are needed to be found. One of the state-of-the-art tools in this sphere and its main trend areas today is neural nets.

The NeuroKazan Forum will provide an opportunity to learn more about how neural nets help in urban development. The Forum will be held in Kazan on August 10 and will bring together academia, businessmen, investors and practitioners from all over the world. The participants will not only discuss the general provisions of the direction, but also develop innovative approaches to addressing urgent issues in the social sphere and landscaping.

Participants will use neural nets to identify locations and make tourist routes around Tatarstan, identify illegal logging and plan landscaping in the region, as well as the development of a dog-friendly environment and tracking single and pack stray dogs that may pose a danger to people.
