A new model of medical care

A new model of medical care is being practiced in Naberezhnye Chelny. New buildings from now on will have doctor offices for adults and children. The will refer to local clinics. Residents of new buildings will be able to see a doctor for emergency medical assistance or to fix an appointment at a clinic in the comfort of their homes.

The first offices opened at the expense of the municipal budget were put in commission in 36th district in 2011.

Naberezhnye Chelny is also going to create a common network of health care facilities of the city. Clinics will be equipped with special programs starting in March 2012. More than 1500 work places are planned to be equipped. According to the plan of the Ministry of Health Care the system should start working in December 2012. The investment for realization of the project is 395.7 million rubles from the Federal budget to our Republic and 158 million rubles from the Republican.

20 hospitals of the city will be equipped with necessary office appliances which will allow the personnel to archive all patients` data in electronic format as a part of the program "Modernization of the Health Care of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2011 - 2012".
