Call for Applications for the UN-Habitat 2023 Scroll of Honour Award

UN-Habitat, the United Nations Programme on sustainable urbanization, has announced the call for applications for its prestigious 2023 Scroll of Honour Award. Applications will be accepted until June 20, 2023.

The UN-Habitat Scroll of Honour Award, launched in 1989, recognizes individuals and institutions that have made outstanding contributions to urban development, including improving the quality of urban life for all and provision of adequate, affordable, and accessible housing (SDG 11).

Up to five winners will be determined following the results of the contest. The award ceremony will take place on World Habitat Day, October 2, 2023.

The application must be submitted by a third party in English by filling out the online form. The deadline for nominations is June 20, 2023. More information can be found by clicking here.
