В Новосибирске создают дирекцию парков

A Unified Directorate for City Parks Management is being created in Novosibirsk. It will optimize the administrative staff of parks and unite the material and technical base.

“An administrative document is being prepared, according to which we are going to optimize the administrative staff of our parks. There are 11 territories in Novosibirsk that have the status of parks of culture and recreation. Most of them are separate organizations – these are eight legal entities. They all have different resources – specialists, equipment. In order to manage them effectively, it was decided to create a united directorate, one legal entity. The main goal is not to save resources, but to combine them for the effective work on greening our park areas. This approach will also make it possible to use and control funds more efficiently”, Mayor of Novosibirsk Anatoly Lokot stressed.

When creating a unified directorate of city parks, a number of issues are removed from the head of a separate park that require the involvement of specialists of different profiles, and also take a lot of time. These issues will be comprehensively addressed to the directorate. Employees on the territory of the park will focus more on the quality maintenance of the territory, park property, ensuring the operation of attractions, holding cultural and sports events.

The joint legal department will develop and implement a unified approach to the work of tenants in parks and pricing, and will also accompany the work of all territories.

The directorate will create a single technical service responsible for the state of networks and communications in all the city parks. A dedicated green space department will emerge with agronomists, gardeners, landscape designers and care specialists. Thus, the fleet of equipment will be optimized, and the costs of managing the property complex will decrease.
