Yekaterinburg will Host the Forum “Cities of Russia 2030”

The III All-Russian Forum on Strategic Development “Cities of Russia 2030: A Digital Future” will take place in Yekaterinburg on 14-15 November, 2018. The key topics for the discussions are strategic and smart planning of cities, new industrialization, inter-municipal cooperation, tools and powers of municipalities in the future development of their territories. The forum focuses on the development of the digital economy and the creation of the “smart cities”.

The first All-Russian Forum on Strategic Development was held in Yekaterinburg in 2016 under the theme “Space for living”. In 2017, the forum was held for the second time and gathered more than 1,000 people from 84 municipalities of Russia, including more than 60 mayors and the representatives of local governments.
