It Is possible to Pay for Public Transportation in Perm by Geolocation

An additional function has been introduced in the “Perm Transport Card” application. It will make fare payment even more convenient for passengers. Now it is possible not to scan a QR code and not to enter a vehicle number, but to select a tram or bus on the map in real time.

By clicking on the desired tram or bus in the system, it will be possible to make an electronic ticket purchase. This simplifies the payment of fare by virtual card when the cabin is fully loaded. The possibility to pay in the application via a state number and a QR code will remain.

In addition, passengers now have the opportunity to link a bank account through the Quick Payment System and top up their travel card in one touch. This will significantly reduce the time required to top up the transportation card.
