UCLG-Eurasia Enhances Its Work with Cities of the Centre of Russia

Secretary General of UCLG-Eurasia Rasikh Sagitov paid a working visit to cities of Central Russia. On July 8, 2020, an official meeting with Mayor of Smolensk Aleksandr Borisov took place. Mayor of Smolensk assured that the cooperation with UCLG-Eurasia will certainly be continued and strengthened to increase visibility of the city and its tourist flow.

In addition, official meetings with representatives of the Tula, Orel, Kursk and Kasimov administrations were held. These cities expressed their interest in collaboration with UCLG and sharing experience with other cities of the Eurasia Section in the field of increasing tourist attractiveness of the city.
