Council of UCLG-Eurasia

The Council of UCLG-Eurasia is a collegial, permanently functioning body. The President of UCLG-Eurasia, in accordance with his position, chairs the Council of UCLG-Eurasia. The meeting of the Council is held every two years.

The Council of UCLG-Eurasia has the following functions:

to establish the UCLG-Eurasia’s executive bodies, to terminate their powers and to accept documents regulating the UCLG-Eurasia’s internal activity (i.e. internal documents of UCLG-Eurasia);

to accept an annual report and a balance sheet;

to accept the UCLG-Eurasia’s financial plan and make changes to it;

to establish branches and representative offices of UCLG-Eurasia;

to participate in other organizations; and

to solve other questions related to UCLG-Eurasia and its activities.
