The Call for 6th International Award “UCLG – Mexico City – Culture 21” Is Open

The Committee on Culture of the “United Cities and Local Governments” World Organization (UCLG) has announced the call for applications for the prestigious 6^th International Award “UCLG – Mexico City – Culture 21”.

The Award is designed to recognize the leadership of cities in promoting cultural rights as a driver of the local sustainable development and to highlight the diversity and excellence of local government programs and actions around the world. The nomination is in two categories:

- the category “City/Local or Regional Government”;

- the category “Individual”.

The deadline for receipt of initial phase applications is February 16, 2024. For the category “Individual” – April 3, 2024.

The Award is organized by The UCLG Committee on Culture and Mexico City (Mexico).
