The Final of the High Technologies Championship in Veliky Novgorod

The ancient Russian city of Veliky Novgorod is not only an important cultural and tourist center of Russia, but it is also becoming a point of attraction for young people. Since 2023, the city has been hosting the final of the High Technologies Championship. This year’s final will take place from September 17 to 21.

The event will include competitions in 12 professional competences in the main category and 4 in the junior category. The list of competencies is formed on the basis of the most promising areas in demand in the high-tech production and digital economy. Simultaneously with the competitions, the Championship will host the events of the business program.

In order to prepare participants and experts for the final of the High Technologies Championship, the organizers will hold a distance learning training on innovative competences “Innovation Workshop” from July 22 to August 4, 2024.

Students and young professionals aged 14 to 35, as well as their expert mentors from Russian and foreign cities are invited by the organizers to participate in the educational trainings and then in the Championship competitions. The organizers will cover the costs of the participants’ stay in Veliky Novgorod, including accommodation, meals, transfers and transport in the city.
