Irkutsk Is the Leader of the All-Russian Contest “Cities for Children. 2023”

Irkutsk is among the seven leaders in the "Right Solutions" nomination of the All-Russian contest “Cities for Children. 2023”. The main criterion of the nomination is the engagement of minors being in conflict with the law in socially significant activities using the mentoring institute.

The Department of Education has presented the project “I Am with You” aimed at developing the activities of school reconciliation services to resolve conflicts between children and adults, participants in the educational process.

“We pay great attention to popularizing family values and strengthening ties between generations. This is what is taught at our schools and kindergartens. The city’s victory in such a significant contest once again proves that we have a strong education system that instills in children respect for the country’s traditions. After all, the well-being of children is the foundation of society,” emphasized Ruslan Bolotov, Mayor of Irkutsk.
