The head of administration of the city opened the first two family kindergartens in Sormovskiy district of Nizhny Novgorod.

Family kindergarten is a private house, which consists of 2 parts: the premises occupied by children at the age of 3 and up and the part where the kindergartener’s family lives. After 10 years of functioning the house will become the property of the kindergartener. Opening of the family nursery is another contribution to solving the problem of shortage of places in preschools.
