Social Taxi in Krasnoyarsk

A measure of social support in the form of a free trip to medical and educational institutions and leisure facilities is provided for people with limited mobility of 2 and 3 degrees in Krasnoyarsk.

Since January 1, 2024, a new category has been introduced. Visually impaired people owning guide dogs are able to take their pet to and from the veterinary clinic free of charge.

The number of Krasnoyarsk residents using the social taxi service has doubled over the last three years. In 2023, the number of trips by the social taxi increased from 14 to 27,5 thousand trips. This is due to the increased social activity of people with disabilities and an increase in the number of accessible public spaces.
