Ulan-Ude Is Studying the Experience of Perm

Perm is implementing a large-scale environmental project “Green Ring” aimed at improving public spaces and ecological restoration of the valleys of the Egoshikha and Danilikha rivers, including the improvement of the specially protected natural area “Chernyaevsky Forest”. The delegation of Ulan-Ude got acquainted and discussed in detail how the project was implemented, what problems arose and how Perm’s experience could be used in Ulan-Ude.

Besides, the city management presented the results of the municipality's work in the development of urban public transportation and smart stops, including conductorless fare payment and the launch of electric buses.

The delegation had already visited a number of infrastructure facilities of the regional capital, the landscaped esplanade, the embankment of the Kama River and the stele “Perm - City of Labor Valor”. Colleagues from Perm spoke about their experience in organizing comprehensive work to improve public spaces and implement national projects.
