The fourth meeting of the Youth Parliament at the City Council of Izhevsk was held on January 30. It was proposed to develop a bill on preferential taxes for youth entrepreneurship. The initiative is to develop a motivational proposal for young entrepreneurs to move to Izhevsk from other regions of Russia. It is suggested to develop the following activities in Izhevsk with preferential taxes: IT, agriculture, tourism, light and manufacturing industry, healthcare and education.
In addition, the implemented project “Star Five 2.0” was presented. It includes game quests for children aged 8-12 years old, mostly from low-income families living in Izhevsk and Udmurtia.
Thanks to winning the contest of the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs (Rosmolodyozh) “Rosmolodyozh. Grants”, the project was able to reach the federal level and was implemented from September to December 2023. The project will continue this year as well.
